Pricing
A typical photo shoot includes a cabin with 1-3 bedrooms and 1-2 bathrooms. The standard rate is $200.00 per cabin as long as you are in the Smoky Mountain area. This price includes 16 photos of a combination of interior and exterior shots. You will receive these photos on a disk in full resolution jpeg images and also a set of smaller sized images suitable for the web.

Standard Shoot
Standard shoots will take approximately one hour and will include both interior and exterior shots. We will also include one hour of post production in this package and generate up to 16 images. Generally we consider a "standard shoot" to be 1-3 bedrooms. Larger properties or more complicated shoots may require more time and will be quoted at a higher rate.
Mid Range Cabins (4-7 bedrooms)
Mid Range Cabin shoots includes one and one half hours on site and an equal amount of post production time. We will provide up to 25 finished images for this level of service.
Large Group Cabins (8-12 bedrooms)
These will take approximately 2 hours of shooting and an equal amount of time in post edit. You may also be charged this rate if your property has a large amount of detail. We will provide up to 40 finished images for this level of service. If you have a property over 12 bedrooms feel free to contact us to discuss the option of a custom package to better suit your needs.
Additional Photos
If you would like additional photos beyond the number of images provided in the package you have selected we can provide additional finished images at $10.00 each.
Rush Order
Please be sure to schedule your photo shoot so that there is enough time for the photos to be processed before you need them. This fee will be charged if you should need to schedule a shoot for Next Day Service.
Same Day Image Delivery
Please inform at the time of the appointment if you need rush delivery of your images. We will make every effort to accommodate you at that time, however, our schedule does not always guarantee this service.
Exterior Only/Repeat Visit
One to four images, including but not limited to nighttime shots or seasonal exterior shots delivered in addition to the scheduled regular shoot. This is a per-visit minimum charge. Please see our cancellation policy for more details.

All materials are guaranteed to be as specified and in accordance with the details and locations discussed.All files will be delivered within 1 week from the time of the shoot unless otherwise discussed.
